How long does it take for the procedure to have an effect?
Even after the first procedure, laser hair removal has a visible effect, as the hair follicles that were in the anagen growth phase are destroyed, they will be pushed out of the skin, simulating growth, then they will start to fall out at the earliest 2 weeks after the procedure. This is followed by a period without hair, lasting about 2-6 weeks (depending on the treated area), and shortly before the time for the next procedure, new hair appears, these are hairs that were not reached by the laser because they were not in the anagen growth phase.
How many procedures are needed?
The number of procedures depends on the treated area, skin phototype, hair structure and color, gender, age, hormonal imbalance, etc. Usually, the procedures are between 6 and 10, this is because during the procedure only hairs that are in the anagen growth phase are removed. It is completely normal after the first procedures to have an increase in hair density, this is related to the stimulation of the “dormant“ follicles. After each subsequent procedure, the hairs decrease more and more until reaching complete reduction.
How long does it take to have a procedure?
Laser hair removal aims to destroy the root and to be effective, the hairs must be in the anagen growth phase. Hairs do not grow simultaneously on the human body, with about 20% of hair follicles in the active phase at any given time. The procedures are performed every 40-50 days.
When are maintenance procedures performed?
Our diode lasers destroy active follicles, however, there are factors that activate hair growth from follicles that have been inactive until now. Such factors include pregnancy, hormonal imbalance, menopause, diseases, etc. If the series of procedures is not followed, there are missed anagen phases, maintenance may also be required. In general, maintenance procedures are necessary when growth is noticeable or bothersome. In normal cases, a maintenance procedure is necessary every year, and in some people even less often.
Is laser hair removal painful?
Laser hair removal is a painless and skin-friendly procedure. Some clients may feel slight discomfort, warmth or stinging where the hair is thicker. With each subsequent procedure, the hairs are reduced and thinned, which reduces the sensation. Compared to plucking methods, such as waxing, laser hair removal is an extremely comfortable method.
Is the procedure safe?
By combining the absorption and penetration levels of the three wavelengths, along with optimal coverage of the area and comfort, we offer exceptional safety and clinically proven effectiveness.
How long does the procedure last?
The duration depends on the size of the treated area. Approximately the treatment time for the upper lip can be 5 minutes, for the armpits up to 15 minutes, for the legs about 45 minutes. and the epilation of the whole body lasts about an hour and a half. We value your time and therefore for your convenience we also offer hair removal on four hands with two therapists and two lasers at the same time.
Do I need to do anything before and between the procedures?
Yes, the hairs must be shaved for laser hair removal to be effective. Hair removal methods such as waxing are not suitable because they pull the hair out from the root, and the laser pulse must reach the root of the hair to destroy its follicle. Hair removal between procedures should only be done by shortening the length of the hair, but in no case by plucking it.
Are there any areas that should not be treated?
Yes, areas with moles, pigment spots and freckles are covered tightly with a white pencil in order to neutralize the laser beam. The white color does not absorb the laser pulse. Protruding moles and tattoos are also not treated. The testicle area in men is also not treated.

You should not expose the area to be treated to the sun or solarium at least 5-7 days before the procedure. 3-5 days after the procedure, you can visit a solarium or actively expose yourself to the sun. Can it be used for people with hormonal problems?
Laser hair removal is the most suitable method of hair removal for people with hormonal imbalance. It affects the type of hair follicles, not their number. With hormonal imbalance, light and thin hairs become thick and dark, which is their ideal state for effective influence. In case of hormonal imbalance, a larger number of sessions may be required to achieve a satisfactory result.
Is there a difference between photoepilation and laser hair removal?
Yes, there is. In photoepilation, the light is polychromatic (i.e. many colors), while in laser hair removal, the light is monochromatic (i.e. one color). Also, in laser hair removal, concentrated light energy with a specific wavelength is produced, while in photoepilation, a broad spectrum of wavelengths is produced, which are less effective. The general thing is that hair removal is done using light energy.
